I have been operating Taobao for 2 to 3 years. I have experienced a lot and learned a lot. The more I understand, the more I find that I need to learn too much. It is more difficult to build a C store well than a Tmall store well. Running a C store really requires more energy to analyze and try more fresh things. Listing products, making the main pictures, making details, doing store decoration, changing titles, **, reporting activities, doing promotions, doing after-sales service, etc., everything is knowledge and basically needs to be mastered.
Taobao is not strict at the beginning. The mainstream is **, with almost 9 brushes in 10 stores. It is either ** or **, and it is a must to master **. Flash the rankings and then you can report the event.
Later, Taobao became more and more strict, and the crackdown on the ** was severe and I dared not kill it. This is a good phenomenon. No one is afraid of it. This is a healthy environment. If you don’t know how to rank it? A positive review cashback will be effective. If you do it too much, you will get a full cashback. For normal points, the freight will be refunded, and for low profits, the freight will be refunded 2 or 3 yuan.
Now Taobao cracks down on ** and has also begun to ban cashback from positive reviews. Isn’t it more fair? Can everyone go back to the essence of the product and make efforts in products and services?
Why does Taobao give you traffic? This depends on whether your store products are popular with buyers, whether the quality is good, whether the categories are correct, and whether the title matches the product. Whether the conversion rate is high, etc., examine your products and services through multiple dimensions to see if you provide high-quality products and high-quality services. Only by performing well can you give you more traffic.
No **, no cashback on positive reviews, then we will return to the essence of the product.
Providing customers with high-quality products, high-quality services and good experiences is the direction we strive for. After everyone's efforts, without being well-received, we will do our internal strength while promoting, becoming Taobao customers, making direct trains, cooperating with experts, etc.
The efforts paid off, and sales, visitor volume and order volume are steadily increasing. The order volume has been continuously breaking through new highs from less than 10 orders per day to 20 orders, 30 orders and 40 orders, but the problem has emerged again. The increase in order volume has led to a decline in dynamic scores. I carefully looked for the reasons, and the negative review rate was only a few percent. Why did the dynamic score drop so quickly? Thinking seriously made me realize that it is not easy to ban cash back when you say it is banned, and it also made me realize that this problem is something Taobao has never done well.
Automatic evaluation does not add dynamic ratings!
1. If the buyer and seller do not evaluate it, it will be worse than the negative review of 1 point. If the buyer and seller do not evaluate it, the store's dynamic rating will drop from 5 to 4.9, to 4.8, to 4.7...
2. If the buyer does not evaluate, the seller does not evaluate, and the dynamic rating of your store will remain unchanged;
3. If the buyer gives a 5-star rating, it will add points and your store dynamic rating will increase;
4. If the buyer gives a 1-4 star rating, your store dynamic rating will drop.
This is the evaluation rule on Taobao, and it is also the reason why I chose to rebate the positive reviews. Because the buyer's active evaluation rate is too low, the active evaluation rate is 1%. There are still some bad reviews in this 1% evaluation. The positive reviews are calculated as 5 stars, and the negative reviews are calculated as 1 star. The average value is calculated as 3 stars. The dynamic score of the store only decreases.
Another 99% of customers who have not reviewed why don’t they give a review?
Think about it, I knew when I was shopping on Taobao. When I buy things, I won’t give a review as long as the product is fine, because I don’t have that much time to write a review, and it’s not good to write a review, so why bother to write it? If the product is not good or is not satisfied, you will generally seek after-sales solution. If the after-sales solution is not solved, you will definitely write a bad review. If it is really a product problem or something that makes me dissatisfied with and the after-sales service is not solved, then I will apply for after-sales service after giving a negative review and apply for Taobao intervention. However, I haven’t encountered a store that asked me to write bad reviews yet. When I encountered it, it was handled by me by the after-sales service. Or maybe I have too little shopping on Taobao.
Choose a cashback from a good review, so that customers who do not write a review have the willingness to write a review for you. The active evaluation rate can be increased to at least 10%. Assuming that the negative review is 0.5%, then the rating should be (95*5+5*1)/100*100%=4.8 points
This is Taobao's evaluation rule. If Taobao does not change this rule, it is difficult to ban cashback from good reviews. When the product quality and service are the same, the store that honestly does not give good reviews and cashbacks will see the ratings drop until it is eliminated by Taobao. The store that has good reviews and cashbacks can continue to survive.
What Taobao needs to change now is that if the buyer does not give the comment system automatic evaluation, it should be considered full marks, rather than not a single point. It is obviously unfair to not count scores. If the buyer does not give bad reviews, then it is obviously a good review. Why not count scores? What’s even more hateful is that if buyers and sellers don’t comment, then even 0 points are worse than 1 point with a negative review.
Of course, Taobao now also has measures to help buyers improve their evaluation rate, such as polite evaluation, but from the seller's point of view, how stupid should we sellers be? If buyers give negative reviews, they will have to pay for buyers?
How many shops have used this idiot after so many years?
There are no striking signs like this:

There is no extra weight, and there is no option to filter ratings for polite evaluations.

Then why do I still use this tool for polite evaluation?
Due to various reasons, if you can't **, the best choice is to use good reviews to cash back. This is all forced by Taobao. Except for Taobao, why have other platforms never seen cash back when there are good reviews? Now Taobao is going to ban cashback from positive reviews and does not change the evaluation rules, so sellers cannot prevent them from using other methods to guide buyers to give positive reviews, such as cashback through WeChat and not talking about cashback on Wangwang about positive reviews. In short, the reason why you need to use good reviews to rebate is because the system automatically evaluates without extra points, and the tool of polite comments given by Taobao is so useless.
Taobao’s evaluation system has many problems. For example, if I give a good review, I can give you all 1 points, and if I give a bad review, I can give you all 5 points. It’s funny to think about it.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the express delivery, he can give you a 1-star evaluation; the buyer can evaluate your products willfully and maliciously slander your products (malicious competition from peers is not ruled out). However, you have no choice and appeal is useless. It is time for Taobao’s evaluation system and dynamic scoring rules to make changes.
