Graduated from medical school, but went to sea

Starting from 0, he formed a sales team of 30 people, achieving annual sales of nearly 10 million.
Because he was inconsistent with his boss's thoughts, he chose to leave. By chance, he entered the first-ranked pharmaceutical chain in the country at that time. He became a purchasing manager and the role of sales to procurement gave Mr. Zhang a different experience. This experience greatly improved his negotiation ability and interpersonal circle.
All of this is under the halo of the company. At that time, Mr. Zhang wanted to break out of his comfort zone. A buddy's company happened to be transforming, so they hit it off and started a real entrepreneurship in the field of big health, established the development direction of his own brand "Noraiwei", and developed a multi-channel, diversified and multi-platform business strategy, cut off the original ground promotion team, and transformed into a national investment promotion model to provide precise products and precise services for each channel.
E-commerce business, repeated failures
After several years of accumulation, the company's sales have increased from 10 million to 30 million, but they are all sales brought by offline markets and there is no online sales. In fact, Mr. Zhang realized the importance of online platforms very early, and invested 3 million yuan as early as 2014 to establish the e-commerce sector. However, due to the lack of e-commerce talents in the Northeast region and the mismatched people, Mr. Zhang's layout of the e-commerce sector ended in failure.
In 2017, the emergence of the new media platform, Mr. Zhang saw new hope and once again joined the first batch of new media tides, built a professional team of 20 people, purchased various equipment, and shot videos to make accounts. However, because the Douyin Kuaishou platform did not have a clear way to develop and monetize, no matter how good your account was, it could not be monetized. As a result, the epidemic suddenly hit at the end of 2019, causing the project to fail again and lose 3 million yuan.
Misfortune is the basis of good fortune, and blessing is the basis of bad fortune. The epidemic has changed the entire health market, the Chinese people's awareness of health care has increased, consumption habits have changed from offline to online, and the categories have also expanded from the original health food to functional food. This has slowly improved Mr. Zhang's e-commerce business.
At the same time, Mr. Zhang began to invest in some domestic e-commerce teams, leveraging his own supply chain advantages, and combining 2C and 2B. In 2021, he once again launched the new media sector, mainly focusing on video sales and live broadcast sales models. He strongly agrees with the six major models of e-commerce that Lao Gao said - supply chain model, traffic model, capital model, brand model, channel model, and fan model.
He knew that if one of the models is well done, sales of tens of millions of yuan will not be a big problem. If two models are well done, sales can exceed 100 million yuan, and three models will be unimaginable. In addition to online new media channels, Mr. Zhang's channels also include offline resources such as pharmacy OTC, sales, micro-business, advertising hype, and other offline resources. He has begun to deploy supermarkets and convenience store channels. He believes that the future big health industry will definitely be a combination of online and offline models.
Understand life in entrepreneurship
When joining the Laogao E-commerce Club , Mr. Zhang deeply understood a sentence, "I'm afraid that people who are better than you will work harder than you." Seeing everyone's passion for hard work, he felt that in recent years, he seemed to have lost a lot of motivation from the early stages of his business. But over the years he started his business, he has gained a lot of life insights.

Before starting a business, when he was working in a company, Mr. Zhang had a entrepreneurial heart. No matter what position he was in, he would strive to be the first and think about problems from the perspective of the company, which benefited him a lot. Maybe he was young and frivolous, and he would inevitably be "showed" after getting some results. After experiencing a slump, he understood the principles of being a human being.
Mr. Zhang realized that there will inevitably be human nature in life, but it is better to be honest than to be keen on the art of power and strategy. Even if you suffer a loss, it is a accumulation of experience. He felt that birds of a feather flocked together, and a person's sincerity would bring about a person who is as sincere as he is. He also found that if he keeps working in an industry, the more he goes, the fewer people will be, and the circle will be so big. At this time, reputation becomes very important.
It is said that the most important thing in entrepreneurship is the original intention. Mr. Zhang has his own understanding of this word. He believes that this is the original and pure driving force, but his original intention is not that great. He just wants to make his originally unlucky family life a better life. This goal is enough to make him do his best.
In Mr. Zhang's eyes, you must have an empty cup mentality. Everyone has a humble and studious heart at the beginning. As time goes by, especially after getting some grades, they will gradually develop a sense of superiority. But there are people outside the heavens, so you must have a heart that is ashamed of asking questions and being humble and studious, and a heart that embraces new things, and believe that it is not too late to start.
Family and health are indispensable
Mr. Zhang attaches great importance to the success of a family. He believes that success without a family is not really successful. Family culture is one of the traditional cultures that distinguishes the Chinese nation from other countries, so it is believed that people must often take time to see their parents and accompany their wives and children. After his father passed away, he became more aware of the importance of being with his family.
"Just like playing games, home is the place to recover blood and resurrection. When you fight outside, you will be covered in bruises. If home can quickly resurrection, your combat power will be stronger than others."
Most people who start e-commerce businesses have a problem, that is, their physical fitness does not match their age completely, and such physical fitness cannot make a sustainable career. He once met a boss who died just after he went public. Even if he left a wealthy family, it would be useless. Therefore, he also cherishes his body more and pays more attention to exercise.
It is said that there are gains and losses in entrepreneurship. Mr. Zhang is because he is located in the Northeast and his company is not easy to recruit e-commerce talents, and the Northeast talents are outflowing, resulting in limited e-commerce team level. It is not ideal to introduce some from outside. He had too much business trips at the end of the year, and he had less time to spend with his family. He drank too much and gained a lot of weight, so he put exercise and weight loss on his agenda.
His "destiny" was to join the Laogao E-commerce Club, make friends with many like-minded people, and improve his strategic thinking. Mr. Zhang felt that this was his greatest gain.
