  After visiting the company, Ming Ge began to share with everyone his e-commerce experience: the way to change in "Battlefield Jeep". From the beginning of A-grade products to the current top men's clothing brand, I have experienced a lot of experience along the way. Brother Ming said: "Because I have a low level of education, I can only succeed if I work harder and work harder. "Battlefield Jeep" had a total turnover of 370 million last year. Our future strategic direction will start from the supply chain.   The second stop of Guangdong’s e-commerce study tour in September is the morning tea plot of Guangzhou people. Drinking tea is a living habit of Guangzhou people, and it is another major feature of the Golden Crown "food in Guangzhou".   After the morning tea, we are now heading to the former site of the Whampoa Military Academy, the most famous military school in modern China, and has trained many commanders who were famous in the Anti-Japanese War and the Kuomintang-Communist Civil War. The Whampoa Military Academy has been moved to Taiwan. Today I visited the original site of the Whampoa Military Academy!

  "Dear Jingzhen" is the motto of the Whampoa Military Academy. The Whampoa Military Academy was established in Guangzhou in 13th year of the Republic of China.   Zhang Jingwei and Mr. Zhang: I was born in Beijing and went to college in Shandong. After graduating from university, I started doing e-commerce and started doing clothing from the beginning. It is easier to make money in a few years, but e-commerce is difficult now, and everyone knows it.   Q: What kind of organizational structure does the entire company have?

  A: We are the flat department. Design, operation, customer service; graphic, technical department, raw materials, finished products, human resources and finance. This is basically the case, and I communicate with the bosses of various departments. But to put it another way, my department leaders start from the bottom, and it can be said that we worked together, so there is no obstacle in communication between us. Sometimes I can’t finish a sentence, and they will know what I mean next. Therefore, we are very good at controlling the product.

  Q: How do you manage the team?

  A: Our people communicate very quickly and neatly. Before I communicate with them, they will do things well. When I communicate with them, it must be the most serious time for the problem, so they will know that they must solve the problem before I find them. Of course, if others do things well, I will say that the most important thing is that they must give enough money.

  Q: How do you allocate your time and energy in supply chain, sales, and R&D?

  A: At first, my products were designed by myself, and later I hired a professional team to do it, but I finally realized that I should make the products myself. We have to focus on the products when making clothing, so many of the well-behaved bosses make products. When you grow bigger, everything about you will gradually mature, including your staff. So I spent the most effort on the product. Also, if you have to do a lot of things by yourself, you will definitely not be able to do it. This is the most important thing to help the people below grow.

  Q: What is your brand plan?

  A: I actually have no plans. I used to want to make high-end women's clothing, but I found that this idea was wrong, because you have to slowly settle many things before you can have results. I didn't understand clothing at the beginning, so I had to try and learn a lot of things, but I couldn't finish them, so I did whatever resources you have. This is very important.

  Q: What detours have you taken after so many years of doing e-commerce?

  A: I have many detours, but I have a bad memory and make mistakes often because your ideas will never be comprehensive, which is also a life experience. For example, Handu Yishe’s products do not require accuracy, but require conversion rate. And we are different from them, what we require is accuracy.

  Q: Do you have many channels? How to distribute online and offline?

  A: We don’t have many platforms, and there are only some offline purchasers, including Tmall, Taobao, Vipshop and JD.com. Because the data cannot be handled. Of course, we will have more platforms in the future. Now we have a store downstairs for clearing up the warehouse.

  Q: I have also seen your employees, and I am very loyal and want to know how to manage them?

  It’s hard for me, the boss, to answer this question, so I’ll ask someone to reply to it! The following are the answers of Weiwei Company’s employees: What do we think the boss is like? Then what is the company? First of all, if the boss makes a mistake, she will not shirk responsibility. She will find this person to apologize immediately. No matter whether he is a leader or an employee, she is decisive in doing things and gives employees many opportunities, including opportunities to make mistakes.   Q: How does CRM do? Answer: I think this is a matter of attitude and trust. A seller wants to return the goods. In the past, an employee would be more concerned about the return fee of a few dollars. I later told him that if the customer wants to return the goods, there must be her reason. If she is willing to return the goods, she will refund it. If she is unwilling to pay the shipping fee, she will not be willing. Customer relationship management is trust. We believe that if he goes to another family in the future, he will think of us. When doing customer relationships, you can’t force others. If the product is done well, don’t be afraid.

  The brothers' visit to "MsShe Large Size Women's Clothing" ended. The dinner was located in Swire Cang in Guangzhou. Swire Cang Wharf is located in Haizhu District, Guangzhou (formerly known as White Clam Shell). It was built by Swire Cang Wharf from 1904 to 1908 and is for use by Swire Cang Steering Company. After the factory visit, the Jinguan brothers came to Mr. Chen's office for a visit. The inspirational words that can be seen everywhere make people full of motivation.   On the afternoon of September 16, at the company of Xie Hu, the president of "Perlan Mattress", talked about his e-commerce journey: Foshan, where he came to 2007 with no money. At that time, foreign trade in the Foshan home furnishing market was very popular, so we often went to big hotels to pick up foreigners to see factories. After I worked on it myself for half a year, I discovered business opportunities. When we were in 2008, we found that foreign trade was missing, and we knew that foreign trade was difficult to do. At the end of 2008, we began to transform and develop and dealer. In 2010, we started to cooperate with a big brand and found that its cost was very low and it was very popular. I wanted to know what the reason was, so I found that they were doing e-commerce. Later, I signed up for many e-commerce training classes and started the e-commerce journey. There have been many difficulties and hardships in it. People who have done e-commerce should understand it. Later, I accumulated some experience and gradually became stronger and bigger. After joining this circle, I met a group of brothers. My e-commerce journey has gradually stabilized. Although there will be difficulties in the future, difficulties are used to overcome. As long as you have confidence and do your own thing seriously, you will overcome this hurdle.

  Mr. Xie’s company visit has been completed, and the Jinguan members will go to experience the charm of Foshan Wing Chun. E-commerce is not easy. You can sit in front of the computer for more than ten hours, and you rarely have time to exercise. Therefore, since we arrived in Foshan, we arranged for everyone to come to Foshan to learn Wing Chun. In the boxing gym, the master demonstrates Wing Chun to his brothers. It emphasizes softness and hardness, not arrogant or impatient, and doing it smoothly. Although the time is short, the Golden Crown brothers have experienced the profoundness of Wing Chun. Learning kung fu is a lifelong thing. You must learn to persevere in everything. Just like doing e-commerce, persist in the wind and rain, make progress through exploration, and grow through learning.

  We ended our trip to Foshan on the third day. At the last stop, we arrived in Shenzhen overnight and will visit two companies in Shenzhen, one is the "Yicai Nianhua Home Furnishing Flagship Store" and the other is the "Gu Shang Gu Flagship Store". In order to be able to be energetic on the next day's itinerary, I arranged for my brothers to rest in a villa with sea view in Shenzhen.

  After a night of rest, we came to Mr. Wu Fojin, the company of Mr. Wu, the "Yicai Nianhua Home Flagship Store". As soon as we entered Mr. Wu's office, the overall feeling gave people bright and high-end. It really fulfilled the saying, what kind of boss is like, his company is like? In these days, Mr. Wu gave people the impression of being simple, generous and fashionable.   In Mr. Wu's company, she shared with everyone her e-commerce journey and some of the confusions she was encountering: a brand registered in 2009, and worked in JD.com in 2011, and was responsible for supply. I was an offline student. I didn't know anything when I opened a Taobao store in 2010, so I hired a customer service and it was not very good. I gradually started to develop in 2011, and I felt that Taobao should also pay attention to it. After doing it, offline accounts for only about 40% of the market and online accounts for 60%. We are doing a lot of exports now, and we are relatively strong in product quality and weak in Taobao operations. I also suffered losses when looking for suppliers because I didn’t know the standards for controlling suppliers at that time.

For example, in Taobao in 2008-09, if I had started paying attention to this issue a few years ago, my company would not have been so bumpy in this regard.
