周啟坤：感谢老高，我觉得大家这个点（晚上22:00-24:00）能坐在这儿，都是带着困惑想来解决问题的。这种席地而坐的学习氛围，超级棒！我也是抱着一种学习的心态。

Just like Red Kitchen Company, we hover around 1 billion. My experience is that you must join a circle with trust and endorsement, truly mission-driven, and solve system problems such as strategy and organization in order to achieve a higher level.

I help Lao Gao endorse my letter, and I also help myself. I am a member of the Golden Crown Club. Every time I participate in an event, I am inexplicably happy when going out and returning. This kind of happiness cannot be given to you by other organizations.

We will definitely graduate from the business school. Some of us are studying in the Yangtze River, some are studying in Fudan and Jiaotong University, but what do I want to say? There are very few organizations that can really prevent you from graduating.

This is the greatest significance of why I come to this organization. Maybe you didn't say a word to join Jinguan, maybe you didn't get anything in a year, but maybe you met a brother in the first year and one day, which made your company spend 10 million less, and maybe you heard a sentence to make your family happier .
