I have been starting a business for 15 years, and it is not painful to do management in these three years. The first 10 years have been very painful, which has inspired me to think and accumulate some management information.

1. A gentleman is harmonious but different, while a villain is the same but not harmonious


Sharpening a knife does not delay chopping wood, learning is sharpening a knife, and learning is higher than performance and higher than business. Only by learning better rules and better management tools, methods and directions can work be easier and achieve twice the result with half the effort.

These two people cannot convince each other because they cannot see the side I see, and I cannot see the side he sees. These phenomena often occur in our lives and management, which are very common. This is also the source of the debate. Sometimes it may rise to the point where you do not recognize me, I do not recognize you, and in the end it may rise to the point where you are unreliable and I am unreliable.

Take our company as an example. No matter from any perspective, it is not a company that goes bankrupt, nor is it a company that goes bankrupt easily. First of all , companies with determination, belief, mission, and mission, vision and values ​​must plan and want to do for a long time.

Many companies do not think about mission, vision and values. What they think is that they can make money this year and make money next year. This kind of profit-oriented company is relatively difficult to last for a long time, because there will always be better businesses waiting, and as a result, it will turn into a red ocean as soon as it is done. This is actually the biggest pit.

This pit is a constant pursuit of short-term interests. The biggest reward must be to deeply cultivate in a certain field, do work, and managers. You must deepen your cultivation in a company, deepen your trust, and deepen your growth.

If a person works in Company A for two years and the leader is about to trust you, you are gone, and you are in Company B for two years, the leader just trusts you, you are gone, and you are gone, and you are gone, and you are the burden of a recruit in any company.

3. Managers grow up by themselves

The biggest difference between managers and employees is that managers’ creativity and breakthrough power must be higher than ordinary employees.

Leading a team will inevitably encounter difficulties. Why does a team have to have a leader? Because leaders have the strongest beliefs, the strongest energy, and the best way to break through when encountering difficulties, they can become leaders and managers. As managers, we must have the ability to break through difficulties. We must always be prepared for when employees cannot solve it. We must take the lead in breaking through.

Any manager will encounter helplessness because managers have to take the team to find better ways, better directions, explore brighter paths, and more efficient methods. This is creativity and breakthrough power.

Of course, explosive power is also very important. Explosion power is the release of your energy. You must have this huge energy, such as 1 million in daily performance, and whether you have explosive power to lead the team to 10 million in sprint, this is explosive power. Managers are to lead the team to create new possibilities , because if the managers do not lead, the team will be very ordinary and will wander among fixed goals.
